เดอะ บาริสโตร เอเชียน สไตล์ (The Baristro Asian Style) เป็นสาขาย่อยของ The Baristro ตั้งอยู่ด้านหลังมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ตัวร้านรีโนเวทมาจากบ้านเก่าที่ตั้งอยู่เชิงดอย ให้ออกมาเป็นคาเฟ่ดีไซน์สวย ด้วยศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาวเอเชียจากหลากหลายพื้นที่ เริ่มตั้งแต่อาคารไม้และสวน ที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากศิลปะแบบล้านนา ผสมผสานวัฒนธรรมแบบญี่ปุ่น และเกาหลี รอบบริเวณมีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง แวดล้อมไปด้วยสวนสวย ภายในคาเฟ่ยังแบ่งออกเป็นโซนต่างๆ หลากหลายโซน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น โซน Slow Bar ที่นำเสนอมนู Drip Coffee และมัทฉะ โซนนั่งทำงานหรืออ่านหนังสือในบรรยากาศเงียบสงบ และโซน Shopping ที่จำหน่ายสินค้าเกี่ยวกับกาแฟ สำหรับ เดอะ บาริสโตร เอเชียน สไตล์ จะตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 200 ถนนสุเทพ ตำบลสุเทพ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เปิดให้บริการทุกวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 8.00 – 18.00 น.
